Callie joined Advent Property Advisors in December 2020 as a Realtor and construction project associate. At Advent she supports construction management, construction draw funding, and asset and property management for the firm and its clients.
Callie has been a licensed Realtor since 1999. Over that time she has worked across traditional sales and short sales, accelerated sales and marketing, REO properties, foreclosures and evictions, residential property management, and community HOA management.
Before joining Advent, she served as a commercial construction disbursement analyst at Zions Bancorporation, managing the funding side of commercial construction loans. Prior to that she spent nearly seventeen years as a Realtor and short sale negotiator with Equity Solid in Sandy, and worked as a Realtor and negotiator with Rize Homesource in Salt Lake City.
That combination of brokerage, lending, and management experience lets Callie follow a project from the contract through construction funding and into day-to-day operation. She works out of Advent’s Murray office.
