Jeff has long involvement in the real estate world. At the age of fifteen he was hired to work for a real estate company in their information systems. Jeff became an investor in real estate in 1996, and his long association with investment and real estate made a natural transition when he accepted a full-time position with Commerce Properties Management in August of 2005 as Director of Development. In that capacity, he has shepherded projects from entitlement, improvement, and completion or sale in every class of asset: raw land, storage units, office, industrial, and multi-family residential. While at CPM, and now as President at Advent Property Advisors, he oversees or has helped develop more than 425,000 square feet of office space, 2300 storage units, 2400 acres of raw land, and nearly 400 units of multi-family apartments.
